This is "Plug and Play" FLICKER FIX Harness for Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler, etc. with the strobe problem. It has the 470uf capacitor pre-installed and all connections are soldered and heat shrunk to insure long life and durability. All connectors are weather packed and are cut to length to insure a speedy installation.
