The WDI stand alone 6.0 harness simplifies running a 6.0 Powerstroke power plant in a wide variety of chassis without running a factory cluster. Primarily designed for racing applications to cut out all the unnecessary components to reduce weight, clean up the engine bay and cab. The wire harness color scheme and pin locations are the same as factory. A factory wire schematic can be used to pin out or troubleshoot.

With this harness a 03-04 pcm is required. The glow plug control side is not part of the harness. Customer can use the factory glow plug harnesses with 200 amp relay on momentary switch to engage glow plugs. The vgt control wires are not included in this harness. Non-vgt turbos will need to be used. Customer can pin and run pigtail to do so. A base file will be required to turn off all DTC codes. We also offer a 5 bar map sensor.
