The tubular torque arm is made of 1.250" x 0.120" DOM Seamless Steel Tubing and features CNC machined mounting plates and MIG welding for strength. It comes with a low deflection front bushing for improved performance. Easy to install with no drilling or welding required, this torque arm is powder coated for durability. Compatible with GM 10-Bolt rear-ends, Moser and Strange 12-Bolts, and most 9" housings. Note that 1982-1984 models require purchase of a 1985 or newer clamshell mount, and grinding may be necessary on aftermarket 9" housings. For rear torque arm hardware, consider purchasing a new hardware kit for stock rear-ends or similar designs using a straight through bolt design.
