The Oval 100 LED worklight complements the modular series with the halogen and xenon variants with efficient LED technology. The spotlight can be operated with both 12 and 24 volts. The integrated electronics protect the unit in the event of reverse polarity and ensures constant brightness even with a fluctuating operating voltage of 9 to 33 volts. Thanks to its powerful light output, the Oval 100 LED can replace standard halogen worklights (e.g. H3 / 55 watts) - with a power consumption of only 25 watts. This makes the worklight ideal for use on vehicles with battery operation, and when the alternator is already heavily loaded. The light output is a powerful 1,700 lumens. The light is distributed with a specially developed multi-facet reflector and ensures homogeneous illumination. The Oval 100 LED can be mounted either upright (0deg) or suspended (180deg). With 6,500 Kelvin, the light of the LED worklight is similar to daylight. This causes colours to distinguish more clearly in the dark than in the yellowish light of halogen bulbs, making it much easier for the human eye to perceive the senses and thus prevent rapid eye fatigue. The worklight's black housing is made of aluminium and has cooling fins to dissipate the heat from the 8 high-performance LEDs. In addition, a sensor protects the worklight from overheating. Only in this way can the long life of the LEDs (up to 130 times the life of a halogen bulb) be fully exploited.
